Storm Water Drainage / Restoration Design Engineer
We’re currently looking for a talented Storm Water Drainage / Restoration Design Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Three or more years of professional engineering experience in stormwater or river/wetland restoration design
- Proficient at CAD/Civil 3D
- Experienced in developing grading and/or storm water drainage plans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Licensed California driver with own vehicle
- A desire to work from the SF Bay Area up through the Sierra Nevadas and into Western Nevada
- Beneficial Experience
- River and wetland planning, design and/or implementation
- Hydraulic modeling (HEC RAS 1-D, 2-D, HEC HMS, other)
- Site plan development and/or water and wastewater utility designs
- Construction or industrial site inspection services
- Permitting/planning
- Construction plan set development
- Topographic surveying
- Additional Relevant Education/Certifications
- Have a Master’s degree in related discipline
- QSD/QSP Certified

Mid-Senior Level Geomorphologist
We’re currently looking for a talented Mid – Senior Level Geomorphologist with the following qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomorphology, Earth Science, Geology, Hydrology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or other related field
- 4 to 10 years professional geomorphology experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience providing supervisory support for Entry-Level staff
- Licensed California driver with own vehicle
- Beneficial Experience
- Stream restoration, sediment transport, water resource planning, watershed assessment, ecosystem restoration, river and/or wetland planning, design, or implementation, trail design, biotechnical bank stabilization, fish passage, dam removal and natural resource management.
- Hydraulic modeling (HEC RAS 1-D and 2-D, River 2D, or other)
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro, CAD, and/or Civil 3D
- Experience with channel and topographic surveying using RTK and/or Total Station
- Beneficial Education/Certification
- Masters or PhD in related discipline
- Professional Hydrologist/Professional Engineer
